If you are new to ShopTerris.com, go to buyer signup to register and receive your personalized Buyer I.D. and Password.
The site is protected by GeoTrust SSL certificate. With GeoTrust QuickSSL web server certificates, you can be assured that you, as a consumer, are conducting secure online transactions. By activating the browser’s “LOCK” icon, QuickSSL enables up to 256-bit encryption and assures online visitors that confidential information and transactions cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered. And the authentication system is the most advanced in the industry. The ShopTerris.com administration also works behind-the-scenes to minimize and prevent fraud in order to protect buyers.
Once your order has been shipped, you may track the shipment status through the “Shipped Orders” tab from My ShopTerris. Click on the tracking number and you will be linked to the shipper’s website where you can obtain current tracking information for your orders.
To check your browser cache setting, using Internet Explorer select Internet Options from the Tools menu, under Temporary Internet Files select the settings button, and from the settings screen under Check For Newer versions make sure Automatically is selected.
To check your computer’s date and time, using Microsoft Windows double click the time in the lower right corner of your Window’s start bar and make sure that your day, month, year, and time are all correct.
